Menus aren't updated prices aren't as advertised in store and were unwilling to give me the advertised price won't be coming back to this location!
When you call to order a pizza and they take it to your home and who answers you, the call tells you to make sure to tip the driver, that is, if that is up to the client, and the client knows that when you order something to take it away at your home, you know you have to tip, I think the least you have to hear is that they remind you of that.
I always receive good customer service when ordering from Papa John's. The delivery person is always smiling, and has a pen ready for me to sign. The pizza is always fresh.
It's Papa John's so inherently the pizza is pretty good. After the last visit I probably won't be back for a while though. An employee walked out into the parking lot to her vehicle, and when she stood back up by her door she snorted something up her nose, then walked back to the building to stand and smoke a cigarette. I am all about getting a break, and I smoke myself, but whatever she put up her nose is what bothers me. Why doesn't anyone have standards about who they hire to work around food? Or better yet why don't people consider the fact they are working around food and it matters?
This Papa’s is hit and miss, but mostly miss. Sad because Papa John’s should never miss. The ingredients are amazing.. but this Williamston location still manages to mess it up regularly. Badly placed ingredients.. I mean how do you mess up putting cheese on pizza?! And burned breadsticks or chicken? Eat here at your own risk, but really our Little Caesar’s is actually better.
